Course Description
The Folsom South Canal Time Trial uses the canal from White Rock Rd. to Jackson Rd/Hwy 16. The course is a 10 mile out and back with 3 short steep hills each direction. Riders will navigate the turnaround (U-Turn) on a narrow road. The start line is approx. 1/4 mile down the South Canal from White Rock Rd. Registration will be at the beginning of the canal.
Entry into Race
Register below on SportsBase Online until Sept 8th at NOON. You MUST pre-register to receive a start time. No Refunds. Held rain or shine under UCSF rules/permit. Under 18 y/o, parent or guardian signature required. All racers need to complete the NCNCA release form www.usacycling.org/forms/rider_release.pdf and the City of Folsom Release Form. Current USAC license required. No license, no race, NO EXCEPTIONS. Cat 5 men, Cat 4 women, may use a 1-day license (form will be at event).
Entry fee includes USCF insurance and NCNCA surcharges. 2008 champs pay $10.00. We will refund difference on race day from pre-registration cost.

Estimated start time of 3-4pm, dependent on the number of riders registered.
Riders sent off every 30 seconds or 1 minute intervals, depending on the number of cyclists signed up.
SAVE YOUR BIB #'S FOR ALL 3 EVENTS!!
Must have your USA Cyling license or they will need to purchase a 1 day license each day, or an annual license. Tri license does not count.
USA Cycling rules: Helmets and sleeved jerseys required, NO IPODS, No off-road bikes permitted.
Directions to Event / Parking
Registration & Check-In:
Located at the canal entrance on south side of White Rock Rd. between Sunrise Blvd. and Kilgore Rd. in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Parking Area:
Follow the Parking Marshalls’ directions from the corner of White Rock & Kilgore Roads. There is a dedicated parking area at the end of Baroque Dr. specifically for this event.
Please follow directions to this parking location as we need to be
respectful of local businesses and residents.
Parking to TT commute:
From the Parking Area follow the Bike Path along Baroque Dr to Kilgore Rd. Then north on Kilgore Rd. to White Rock Rd. East on White Rock to canal entrance on south side Be careful! White Rock Rd. is very busy, and the south sidewalk will be used
by cyclist entering and leaving the Time Trial canal entrance.
TT to Parking commute:
Return to the Parking Area via west on White Rock Rd, south on Kilgore Rd., to Baroque Dr., to Parking. Suggest using the sidewalk traveling against traffic on Kilgore Rd. and Baroque Dr. for return to Parking.
